Solution not successful because of expatriate Tamils – surrendered LTTE intelligence cadre

We are unable to achieve a peaceful solution because of the expatriate Tamils, said LTTE an intelligence cadre who has surrendered to the army at Omanthai.

War is taken forward by the LTTE in account of the support by the expatriate Tamils. LTTE will be powerful until the Vanni people are there. The people there are unable to leave the area. They could not see the world. The truth will come to light if the people left the area.

I was displaced to Germany from Sri Lanka in 1988. From there I went to several European countries. I came back to Colombo in August 2006 while I was on my way to Jaffna through Omanthai in September 2002; the LTTE wanted me to join them. After a 1 ½ month of arms training at Iranamadu I served in the LTTE intelligence unit under Mathavan and I was assigned in Mannar by the Mathavan and I escaped from there.

I am aware of the people of Vanni and Colombo. Vanni people are living sans human rights and freedom. They have no right to dress as they wish. They cannot listen to their favorite songs, everything is restricted. The people there talk about TNA parliamentarians, but never seen them.
